NIGERIA’S LIAR MOHAMMED CONTINUES TO OUTDO HIMSELF IN FOOLISHNESS

Nigeria’s President Mohammadu Buhari’s propagandist, Mr. ‘Liar’ Mohammed, is my subject today. You know, in Africa, it is said that a person gets wiser as he or she gets older in age, generally speaking. In fact, it’s not an African thing; it is supposed to be human nature thing! Age also has a way of refining a person’s integrity. As we “get closer to our grave,” as they say, we continue to prepare ourselves “to meet our maker.” This is the principle or belief that drive many of us to start to correct some of the flaws in our character. Some even start to atone for some past sins, so that we may make heaven “when we meet our maker” on the Judgement Day. As I said, this is a general assumption and expectation, but it doesn’t always happen that way. For some of us, it happens in the reverse, meeeeeeeeen!!!

Nigeria’s prominent and infamous propagandist, Mr. Liar Mohammed, is one of the exceptions in this general ‘rule.’ The dude is simply an unrepentant old man! My Nigerian readers already know, but I need to inform my teaming readers outside Nigeria why I call this man ‘Liar’ Mohammed. His real Nigerian Hausa-language first name is Lai. So, he is Lai Mohammed. Nigerians, (not I ooo) changed his first name from Lai to Liar for two reasons. First, the man’s Hausa first name, Lai, sounds exactly like the verb, lie. Secondly, and incidentally, he is a proven chronic lair. I don’t mind meeting him in court to prove this fact. Even he once joked publicly that his own little grandson asked him why Nigerians call him liar.

The dude is supposed to be Nigeria’s information minister in the current President Muhammadu Buhari’s terrible government since 2015. But, instead, he is Buhari’s propagandist, and he virtually almost lies his own head off in futile efforts to launder Buhari’s image of total failure. Probably, over ninety percent of everything that Liar Mohammed has ever said about the situation of Nigeria under Buhari’s presidency has been lies. I commented several times on this man’s sinful lies. And I have a link to one of them at the end of this commentary.

So, back to the present, yes Mohammed is an unrepentant old man! The older that he gets, the worse he seems to get in his absolute lack of integrity, and in his stupidity as a propagandist. His recent act of issuing “Travel alert to Nigerians who travel to USA and Europe,” can win an award in stupidity if you ask me. Well, you didn’t ask me yet, but I already said it! I mean, his act is ridiculous, way beyond infantile stupidity! It has the word “ridiculous retaliation” written all over it! The fool simply wanted to retaliate against the USA and the UK who issued travel alert to their citizens against Nigeria last month. Retaliation, on its own, might have been a little reasonable, if only the man put some thinking behind it! He could have come up with a reasonable plot that is devoid of childish mentality. Just check out some facts for a moment; will you:

(1) I have never heard Nigerian government issuing travel alert to Nigerians anywhere. Somebody, please inform me otherwise if I’m wrong. I certainly have never heard Liar Mohammed issue any travel alert since he became so-called information minister in 2015. It doesn’t happen because, traditionally in Nigeria’s current fourth Republic, Nigeria’s rulers hardly give a damn about the welfare of Nigerians anywhere. Not at home, not abroad! As far as the self-serving rulers are concerned, if a Nigerian travels anywhere and gets himself or herself killed, that’s the victim’s fucking business. I must say that a new agency for Diaspora Nigerians seems to be warming up towards more government interest in the welfare of Nigerians outside Nigeria. It is steered by one former Senator Abike Dabiri.

(2) Last month, USA and countries in Europe issued travel alert, as they have always done, to warn their citizens that Nigeria was getting progressively unsafe to visit. Those countries acted based on their intelligence reports on the growing terrorism danger in Nigeria. Unlike Nigerian governments, those countries do care about the welfare and safety of their citizens anywhere and everywhere in the world. They discretely warned their citizens, on their national information platforms. But they did not broadcast the warning through press conferences, no sir, no ma’am! The warning was a discrete ‘family affair’ for Americans through their websites, which only Americans have access to. But this is information age, so, the ‘family’ information of the USA and UK leaked to the outside world. I am a good example of how the travel alert became public information. I am Nigerian-American, and I do travel between the US and Nigeria. And I have access to the American website where alerts about all countries of the world (not just Nigeria) are always posted. Naturally, I did mention the controversial alert to some of my friends and family in Nigeria, who told their friends and families, etc, etc, etc! Other Americans and Brits did the same, and the ‘family’ alert soon became public news. And then, of course, the social media platforms did their own magic, too. The key point here is that America and European countries did not mean to cause public panic in Nigeria; they were only being governments that care about the safety of their citizens, unlike Nigeria government!

(3) Typically, Mr. Liar Mohammed, the propagandist, got offended and attacked the USA and some European countries when their ‘family-affair’ insecurity alert went public. Of course, the liar was offended only because the alert contradicted government lies about the true terrible state of insecurity in Nigeria. Liar Mohammed and the rest in Buhari’s government want to continue to pretend that the “clueless president” is the best thing that has ever happened to Nigeria. And, as usual, the old tactless propagandist called “Liar” Mohammed attacked the USA and the UK for leaking the secret about the true terrible state of Nigeria’s insecurity.

(4) And now, Mr. Liar Mohammed has decided to go on a ridiculously infantile vengeance mission against the USA and some European countries over the danger alert. And here is what makes his vengeance so ridiculous. Of all crimes and dangers in the world, Liar Mohammed had to pick ordinary “pick-pocket” crime to warn Nigerians about the USA and the UK. He was practically beating his chest as a hero when he called a press conference to tell Nigerians that pickpocket crime is rampant in the USA and UK. “You must be extra careful when you travel to the US and the UK, or you will be dispossessed of your travel passport and money,” he said. And I’m like, fool, is that the best that you can do in your vengeance mission? Americans and the Brits warned their citizens against getting kidnapped for huge ransom! They warned them against being killed by terrorists who are equipped and bold enough to attack military barracks and the convoy/motorcade of President Buhari!! And the best that you can do in your childish revenge is to talk about ordinary pickpockets, who abound in every country of the world? What an old but infantile fool, meeeeeeeeeen!!!
